LSCFT explained strategy was originally drawn up in 2020 as the pandemic was about to strike and has therefore had to be updated to account for the effects of the pandemic and the changing conditions.
Nicola Walmsley of LSCFT went through a series of slides explaining the revised strategy.
Main alteration is focus now on four key areas.
- Best Possible Care
- Improving Health
- Value for Money
- Joy and Pride in Work.
VCFSE role mentioned re need to be involved but no great detail.
Feedback opportunity to be given shortly and suggest PCN to use this opportunity to stress this point and ask for more detail on VSFSE sector’s role.
