Meeting called to discuss next joint networking event.

Date agree as early June (4 or 5) to be advised.

Venue discussed. Various options considered.

Agreed to make it similar to last event in September 2023

ie AM introductions, ice breaker, umbrella groups address, general networking.  am, followed by open to public.

PM Open to public with flag market as suggested venue.

TD to check on catering options and availability.
