Tony attended this online meeting of the Lancashire Association of CVSs of which PCN is an associate member.

Chair Garth Hodgkinson confirmed that LACVS would be submitting an application for funding under the ‘You Decide’ programme in September and if successful, there would be grants available for various areas in Preston.

The extensive ‘State of the Sector’ survey is continuing and PCN are assisting this. A total of 674 responses had been received at the time of the meeting with 141 from Preston.

GH reported that there were ongoing discussions on the setting up of a Civil Society Board and a report was being compiled.
