We are delighted to announce that our ranks here at Preston Community Network have been strengthened by the addition of a new Development and Communications Officer.

Ashley Dalton will work alongside our existing Development and Communications Officer Tony Dawber as we work to increase and develop our range of services for members, and we are sure you will join us in welcoming her on board.

Originally from Leyland, Ashley has spent the last 25 years working in community consultation, engagement, and cohesion in local authorities in London and the East of England.

“I have always focused on working with and supporting communities and community groups like PCN so I’m excited to have made the move directly into the sector,” she said.

“I have experience in voluntary sector governance, I am a member of the consultation institute and have experience supporting groups in fundraising and organisational development. I’m also an qualified coach and an experienced facilitator and trainer.

“Over the coming weeks and months, I want to get out and meet as many of you as possible and look forward to working with you all to grow, strengthen and develop the voluntary, community and faith sectors in the city.”
