Vicky Fletcher from the same team updated on food hub access and new food hubs being set up.

A GP from the nearby Ribble Village Health Centre described how problems in dealing with a wide range of issues with the scale of demand a particular worry.

The referral system is causing particular concerns.

      Hi Jeanette,
The matter came up due to the GP from Ribble Village expressing concerns about the number of patients he was referring on. Other attendees responded with the all too familiar worry that VCFSE groups were getting increasing numbers of referrals but not getting any extra resources to deal with them.
On checking my notes, there wasn’t any particular type of referral or area of the system which was singled out.

      Hope that’s OK.

      Tony
